“Jackson admits he lied about Garcia Involvement”

John Jackson was arrested November 22, 1988 and released on bail of one million dollars. He was re-arrested by Marshals prior to trial after he was caught attempting to sell 20 kilos of cocaine from the jail, Metro Detention Center, Los Angeles. After his arrest, he decided to testify against Garcia; prior to this second arrest he had not. Wayne Countryman was implicated in the 20 kilo sale too, but had already made a deal against Jackson, concerning the 20 kilos. Garcia was in no way involved, he was not in the USA at this time.
